FACILITIES

P.H Medical centre provides a plethora of preventive diagnostic and medical facilities in Mumbai with end-to-end services assuring accuracy and technological advancements at every stage

MRI

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) uses a strong magnetic field and radio waves to create detailed images of the organs and tissues within the body unlike X-rays and CT scans.

Multi-Slice CT scan

A multi-slice CT scan uses multiple detectors to capture several layers of data at once, unlike single-slice CT scans with one detector. This improves detection quality, saves time and costs, and has boosted its popularity.

Pathology

Pathology tests are taken to study diseases through blood tests, urine tests, stools, and bodily tissues.

Stress Test

Also known as treadmill or exercise test determines and helps the doctor understand how well your heart handles being pushed. It typically monitors your breathing patterns, blood pressure, heart rate, and heart rhythm.

O.P.G

Orthopantomography (OPG X-ray) is a panoramic X-ray that provides a broad view of the lower face, showing all teeth in both jaws, including unerupted ones like wisdom teeth.

Digital X-Ray

Digital radiography uses X-ray–sensitive plates to capture images directly, transferring them to a computer without a cassette. Digital X-rays allow color adjustments, enlargements, and enhancements, aiding in better disease detection and assessment.

Electrocardiogram

An electrocardiogram (ECG) is a test that detects heart abnormalities by recording the heart’s electrical signals. Electrodes placed on the chest capture these signals, which regulate the heartbeat, helping to diagnose various heart conditions.

2D Echo Colour Doppler

A 2D Echo is a heart test using ultrasound to capture cross-sectional images of the heart, showing its beating, chambers, valves, and major blood vessels. The Doppler feature specifically assesses blood flow within the heart.

Allergy Testing

Allergy testing diagnoses allergies by provoking a controlled allergic response to allergens. It can be performed using a prick test, where the skin is pricked with a needle containing the allergen, or a patch test, which involves applying an allergen patch to the skin.

E.N.T./Audiometry

An audiology exam tests your ability to hear sounds. Sounds vary based on their loudness (intensity) and the speed of sound wave vibrations (tone).

CBCT

CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) is a specialized 3D imaging technology used primarily in dental and maxillofacial applications for detailed visualization of bone structures.

Health check-up

Regular health check-ups help detect issues early. The screenings you need depend on your age, health, family history, diet, activity level, and smoking habits.

Body Fat Analyzers

Measuring weight alone is not a fully accurate indicator of health or fitness, as it doesn't differentiate between fat and lean muscle mass. While some body fat is necessary, excess fat can lead to obesity. Body fat analyzers help identify potential obesity-related health issues.

Digital Mammography

Digital mammography, also known as full-field digital mammography (FFDM), is a system in which the X-ray film is replaced by solid-state detectors that convert X-rays into electrical signals. These detectors are like those found in digital cameras.

Bone Mineral Density

A bone mineral density (BMD) test measures how much calcium and other types of minerals are in an area of your bone. This test helps your doctor to detect osteoporosis and predict the risk for bone fractures.

Electroencephlogram

An electroencephalogram (EEG) is a test to detect problems in the electrical activity of the brain. In an EEG, this faint electrical activity is measured by putting electrodes on the scalp.

Diet Plans

At P.H. Medical Centre, our dietitian will develop a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and assessments, helping you achieve your health objectives effectively.

Sonography(3D/4D)

Sonography is a medical test using high-frequency sound waves to create images of internal structures like muscles, joints, and organs. It helps diagnose diseases or confirm health. 3D & 4D sonography are used in pregnancy to capture baby's profile and movements in real time.

Eye check-up

An eye examination is a series of tests performed to assess vision and ability to focus on and discern objects. Eye examinations are primarily performed by an optometrist, ophthalmologists, or orthoptists.

Colour Doppler

A Doppler ultrasound is an imaging test that uses sound waves to show blood moving through blood vessels. A regular ultrasound also uses sound waves to create images of structures inside the body, but it does not show blood flow.

Sleep Study

A sleep study records body activity during sleep to help diagnose disorders like sleep apnea, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, insomnia, sleepwalking, and REM sleep behavior disorder.

P.F.T.

Pulmonary function tests measure lung function to identify breathing issues, helping diagnose conditions like asthma, bronchitis, and emphysema.

Dental Check-up

During a dental exam, the dentist or hygienist will clean your teeth and check for cavities and gum disease. The exam includes evaluating your risk of developing other oral problems and checking your face, neck, and mouth for any other abnormalities.
